Rufus & Biggy
We are safe! We have been transported to a No Kill shelter in another state. Thank you to all of the volunteers that helped transport us and save our lives. We look forward to finding our permanent home soon!
Our names our Rufus (the older gent) and Biggy (his son). We are currently in an all breed shelter (Helping Hands for Little Paws) in Little Rock Arkansas. These beautiful basset mixes need a new home. They have been in the shelter for several months and are in danger of being euthanised. Rufus is ~8 years old and Biggy is ~4 years old. They were recently adopted out to a home but had some problems with a Beagle who was already in the home. (or did the Beagle have a problem with them?) They have never displayed any aggression towards other dogs at the shelter. But it may be best that they are placed in a home that doesn't currently have dogs and they must be placed together. They are both neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and heartworm negative. They are both very sweet, well behaved boys. They seldom bark in the shelter and walk very well on a lead.
