Roy

Roy is an ~7 1/2 year old Basset Hound. His current owners are recent "empty-nesters" and no longer want him.  They feel it is unfair to leave him at home alone for 10-12 hours a day.

They have written the following about Roy:

"He is a healthy dog.  He is up to date on all of his shots and we can provide health records for him.  He is a purebred.  He is completely house trained (has never had an accident in house), loves to walk on a leash, is very active for his age and breed.  He loves attention.  He has never been around small children, so not sure how he would do with that.  We need to get rid of him before cold weather sets in and don't want to send him to the pound unless a last resort."
