Clyde *ADOPTED*

My name is Clyde Kadiddlehopper, and I am here to tell you: "I am one handsome hound with personality to spare, and I'm looking for a new home!" I'm house and doggie door trained; don't get on the furniture or tear things up; don't counter-surf; and only bark when I am playing. I love to run and play inside the fence (especially if you are playing with me), and while it is okay if I am outside part of the day, I really want to be inside with you. I sit, wait, do well on leash, love to walk, and if you call me, I come really fast, cause I love to be with my people! I have never been mistreated and my old Mom said to tell you I was good with kids, other dogs, and cats.

Bet you want to know if I'm healthy? I am an eight year old purebred basset, and the vet said, "He looks and acts like a four year old." I have no health problems, eat well, weigh 48 pounds, neutered, heartworm negative, up to date on all my shots, had my teeth cleaned, and been micro-chipped. Oh, but there is one thing you should know: I have a little scar on my neck where a rattlesnake bit me . . .my old Mom said I got it when I protected my two legged brother from that rattlesnake!! Know what? That snake is dead and all I got was a scar! How about it? Give me a good dog bed with a fuzzy blanket and I will just settle right in and be your best companion! For an application please email Kim@mabr.org.  For more information about Clyde please email his foster mom lynn.wilkerson@cox.net
